Ceramides are found naturally in the skin, and are incredible for ageing skin concern for many reasons: They help the skin retain moisture, they strengthen the skin's barrier and generally just help the skin look more plump. They form a barrier within the skill cells to limit moisture loss while protecting the skin from environmental factors.
