Return Policy

We work really hard to find the best possible prices for the products we sell. For this reason, we don't cover the costs associated to shipping returned products.

Damaged or defective products

If you've received damaged or defective products, you must notify us within a maximum of 3 days of receiving your order. The products must be unused and unopened. Please contact us at help@thenaturalskin.co with photos of your products and we will help you with the return process. The refund will be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.

Changed your mind?

If you wish to return certain products from your order, you can do so within 7 days of receiving your order if they are unopened and at your own cost. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

For any returned items, we recommend using tracking to ensure we receive the package. We cannot issue refunds for items we do not receive.
